Returns/Exchanges

We will accept returns or exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns of unused SLC merchandise. Customers are responsible to pay any return shipping charges. To start a return or exchange, please email sevilleletteringco@gmail.com with your order number.


Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us ASAP. We will cancel your order, as long as you order has not already shipped. Orders typically ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. To cancel your order, please email sevilleletteringco@gmail.com with your order number.


Damaged Goods

If you receive your package and any of the items are damaged, please send us a photo of the damage within 3 days of the delivery date. We will issue a refund or new product at no additional charge. Please send your photo and request to sevilleletteringco@gmail.com with your order number.


Shipping/Delivery

If your package tracking information is marked delivered and you have not received the item, please contact your local post office. If the item is lost and you have not received the item within 14 days after the order date, please contact us at sevilleletteringco@gmail.com and we will work with you as best we can.


If your package is lost and the tracking number does not show the package was delivered, we will offer you a refund or ship you replacement items 14 days after the original order date. Please contact us at sevilleletteringco@gmail.com with your order number.
